Sinful Colors Sweet Nothing comparisons

I thought I had similar polishes to Sweet Nothing in my stash, but nothing came really close. I wasn't going to post this but decided other would like to know how other Sinful Colors polishes compared to Sweet Nothing.
Index- Sinful Colors Savage (dried matte, so that was the only one I added top coat to. Can be found in he core line I believe)
Middle- Sweet Nothing (available in stores now!)
Ring- Greek Isles
Pinky- Open Seas (dupe for OPI Mermaid Tears)

Greek Isles and Open Seas were a little more green than my camera wanted to admit.

Sinful Colors Sweet Nothing

Sinful colors came out with a few new shades. I picked up most of them because they are so light and pretty.
This is Sweet Nothing. I really love this blue! Not just the color but the formula! It was easy to work with and my swatches are with a 3 day old manicure!
I know 3 days isn't a lot for some, but to me its extremely good wear since I am super hard on my hands! I wash them about 50 times a day....No, I'm not kidding. I have a crazy 2 yr old that I am constantly cleaning after, chasing, playing with, and I still can't believe there is hardly tip wear!
My index finger has a chip, probably from dishes?
I used my usual quick dry Revlon too coat and no basecoat.
Have you tried sweet nothing? Was the wear just as good?

Sinful colors Last Chance & Merry Mistletoe

Hi everyone :)

Please excuse my dry hands/cuticles. I have no excuses.
Well today I tried Sinful Colors Last Chance for the second time. The first time I did a mani with it my fingers were stained green. I was pretty scared to try it again, but decided I love the color so much I may as well try. The formula was a little weird. Thick and kind of hard to work with. Not extremely, but still troublesome.
I used Finger Paints Merry Mistletoe on my ring finger. I love the way it brightened Last Chance just a smidge.
Then topped everything with Revlon quick dry top coat.

Ulta Salon Formula Blue Streak swatch and review

I have this gorgeous medium blue polish on right now. I think I bought it last month. All of Ulta's salon formula polishes were $2 in January for about a week. I believe the current ad is running that sale again til 2/16/13.
I love the color. It's probably my favorite blue that I own in creme finish,l but the formula gave me some trouble. It was extremely streaky the first coat and wouldn't cover the nail. Almost like it had an oily texture and wanted to stick to the brush rather than my nail. If that makes any sense? My nails were clean and dry. Also, the coat wasn't too thin.
The second coat had to be extremely thick or it wouldn't cover the nail. I'm happy it dried extremely fast though. The second coat was so thick I would have probably stood there 2 hrs before it dried, but within a few minutes it was completely dry topped with my Revlon top coat.
After top coat everything looked really nice, smooth, and shiny so I guess if you can get past the awful application of the first coat and use a super thick second coat you should be fine, and happy with the end results. It's definitely worth it. Especially with very fast dry time.
What you see is two coats with a little of China Glaze Pizzazz.

Swatch of Ulta Blues Cruise and Lav-ish

The first swatch is Ulta Blues Cruise. A blue glitter in a sheer blue tinted jelly base.
I used 3 coats alone with no top coat. This is definitely a polish that needs a base. I was thinking of trying it over Revlon Royal.
Sometimes I get a tone of purple.

The Second swatch is Ulta Lav-ish. This dusty purple is very pretty but pretty sheer. It has a pink gold shimmer that can be seen very easily in person. I used three thin coats. No top coat. This plus my favorite of the two. I really love how it is very smokey looking. It also reminds me of a Zoya polish that I can't remember the name of. I think it was in the Tru collection. I'm sure they aren't dupes just very similar because I don't recall that Zoya polish being so smokey looking.

Ulta Salon Formula nail polish on sale for $2.00

Plus a "swatch" of Hot Spot.

Ulta's nail polish is on sale for $2.00. The cashier told me tomorrow (by the time this post is up it will technically be today) is the last day of the sale (1/26/13). So if you have been wanting an Ulta polish, but didn't feel like spending $6.00, or want to try Ulta's polish line this will be a great chance to grab a few polishes.

I picked up Hot Spot, Lav-Ish, and Blues Cruise. (Hope to have swatches up by tomorrow.)

Here is a "swatch" of Hot Spot. Which is a half assed swatch with a broken camera lens at almost midnight. Seriously, I have no idea how my phone is still taking pictures, but it is and here are the best pictures I could capture of this "old lady pink" with golden shimmer! I just can't resist this shade. I think it looks amazing with my skin tone :)

Will you/did you pick up any Ulta brand polishes? If so which ones?
